I firmly believe we need to change the way we understand organization. The Taylorism ideas, which are separating creation from execution, seem not to be valid anymore. The capacity to deliver excellent results demands flexible and efficient organizational systems able to align creation and execution to shared goals. The alignment of people efforts, knowledge and creativity, generates significant amounts of synergy. This is due to working as a coherent system. Applying Systems Thinking is the key to develop the 21st century's organizational systems. Management by processes approach is the way to do it. |
